I think I have finally decided what I want to put into my first gaming pc build. Please let me know if there is anything that I should change that will make it better or somewhere where I can drop some of the price.

Is that motherboard good for overclocking?

Yes.

8+2 digi+ power phase design.  If you want to get into anything higher than mild overclocking, look into a better CPU cooler such as the Noctua NH-D14
