First of all at micro center you can get a deal for mobo + cpu bundles so I'd do that. For that same price you could probably get a fx 6300 and a 970 mobo. The hdd is only 500gb and for $60-70 you can get a 1tb which is probably worth it. As for the gpu, I'm not sure. I personally would try to find a cheap 7850, or a better deal on the 7770.

Both of these also come with free games, farcy 3, tomb raider and bioshock (respectively for the 7770 then the 7850). I'd probably also go with a cheaper like $40 case, and I don't think you'll really need 650w unless you plan to sli in the future with the same psu
You need a aftermarket cooler like a hyper 212
