Firstly i'm from the UK. Im going to university so I will be using this for my studies as well as gaming.
This is my current parts list - http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/user/brandonfomas/saved/mHRXsY
I want to stay around current price (£720) more or less. I'm also looking to overclock.
If you know any monitors, keyboard and mouse for a decent price that would be great.
Any help would be appreciated as i'm new to this.
What kind of uni work do you do need to do and what is your total budget for the pc with monitor kb&m and os (if needed)
Graphic Design, so i'll be using photoshop, illustrator etc. And an extra £150 for monitor, keyboard if possible. I was hoping to buy a windows key for OS.
I would do this if I was you, especially if you will be doing graphic design:

The xeon doesn't overclock a lot but you can boost the base clock some to about 3.8. It comes with a better fan from Intel than the i5/i7 so no need for an aftermarket cooler. The Xeon is also four core but has 8 threads with hyper threading which will be useful to you in your productivity graphic design stuiff but still be very close the the i5 in gaming. I changed your ram for Corsair vengeance that I think is better quality and cheaper and used the savings to get you a better PSU. And I upgraded your GPU to a 4GB model of the 960 from MSI that overclocks well.
Hard OCP has a great review on their website on that GPU if you're interested.
Good luck
Couple of links:
You've got a 250GB SSD, an aftermarket cooler, pretty much the second best CPU for gaming in that build, then a 960... nope. Stop. If you were trying to balance some scales right now you've practically picked a lump of lead and a feather.
Also, with the CPU, as @Evil_MOBO just said, look at that xeon instead for your CPU, the extra threads'll help (and it can't be overclocked so there's no need for an aftermarket CPU and you can use a cheaper mobo for it).
Looking at partpicker, to keep that price point and have a good 390 you'd have to drop the SSD:

But I'd advise you have a look around various places (CCL, ebuyer, SCAN, novatech, overclockers) for sales to save some cash. CCL certainly have good monitor prices and do free delivery. You might be able to save a bit here and there through sales and the like).
4 core cpu with HT for video work/Graphic Design and a ips monitor and 16gbs of ram for adobe to eat up (and it will love to eat it up)

Thanks for all the feedback, it's much appreciated.
