Does this look good and is there any changes I could make? Also I live in NZ so I am using this site!

I'd change the SSD to a Samsung 840.  Costs less and performance is about the same or better.

The cooler is a tad expensive but it's better than the hyper 212 evo even at low speed.  If you can find a Noctua NH-D14 for the same price, maybe pick one of those up?

Change the Motherboard and get an Asrock Z77 Extreme 4.
