I'm thinking of building a pc 

for both gaming and redering in the 3d program blender.

bleder does make use of CUDA so i need an Nvidia GPU

i prever to stay in between the 700-800 euro

i did some researh and came up whit this, but its a little over budget

Well, it's okay, I'd recommend getting something similar to this, maybe with a better PSU or graphics card, $800 is approximately €1000 http://pcpartpicker.com/p/j3lS

yes but a €800 system in europe wil cost about $800 in america.

parts a more expensice here. 

and my mom won't alow me to buy stuf from amazon (i'm just 15, not a 35 year old that does life in his moms basement)
