First Build: Need help, how is this?

Hi this will be my first build, I have a budget of around $1000 can be a bit more and of course a bit less! I really want to get the most for the money and for it to out of high quality parts. Will be used for some pretty heavy gaming. I don't really plan on overclocking however that is becuase I'm not really sure what it is, will it help considerably? Here are my rough list of part feel free to pick it apart or create something completly new! I will need an OS, monitor and a keyboard. Thanks guys :)

2. I'm going to assume that GPU is a 7950 not a 7590

On that list The only thing I would change is the keyboard but I'm assuming you're just finding the cheapest one you can

I don't know about your future plans but if you ever think you will crossfire I would bump the PSU up to a 750w now.

where did you find all that at those prices? if you can find them at those prices then hats off to you, I'm stumped (rebates don't count)
