http://pcpartpicker.com/user/TotalSandwich/saved/DTRYcf this is my first build, and wanted to know of this is good enough to run most games at 60+ fps at high graphics
Note: i already own a gtx 770, thats why i dont have a GPU on the parts list

While there's nothing particularly wrong with the fx line of cpu's, your best bet for gaming is going to be an i5 or even an i3. An i5 will be more expensive, but an i3 will be within the same price range. Right now the majority of games demand better single core performance as they utilize less cores, as opposed to more cores with lesser performance, so while a 6350 may outperform an i3 in productivity related tasks like video rendering (I don't know if it does or not), the i3 can still outperform the 6350 in gaming.

Here's an anandtech article with the Haswell refresh cpu's with prices. Maybe try the 4350? See how the prices compare, and go look at benchmarks.
Otherwise I guess the build looks good, although you definitely don't need a 750w psu. If you plan to expand in the future, keep it, but it's your choice.
I f you want to see an i5 rig that is the same price ...the only reason it is over is you did not have a good CPU cooler and this does ... Total: ...... $721.47 and it will out perform the FX6300 in most games.

Estimated Wattage: .... 193W before adding your GPU
or if you like the Thermaltake brand you can save $15 I usually recommend using either XFX or Seasonic or Corsair for better build quality.
Thermaltake SMART 650W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply .... $39.99
