First build any advice on these ideas?

Any suggestions would be greatley appreciated, my mains concerns for the build are bottle necks and hardware incompatibility etc.

i dont know what your budget is, but i would personaly recommend to go with an FX cpu and AM3+ mobo, if you allready plan to buy a dedicated gpu.
