First budget build (need advice)

Ok so all i really need is a basic gaming computer to play games that dont really require the best pc ever i mainly play counter strike source, and 1.6 my last computer would play them 50-80 fps on mid settings (it was an acer aspire laptop) global offensive was about 20 fps on lowest settings so wasent playing that at all... anyway i wanted to build a gaming pc that can play counter strike source and global offensive on max settings while streaming with a steady 70-100 fps the cheaper the better but max of $700 dosent even need to be max settings as long as i can play online while streaming with 70-100 fps steady thanks

this is the cheap build i did real quick got it for $477 with the os so i am pretty happy about that but tell me what you guys think about this and if you would change anything to improve game play

Your build is great, except for I would recommend you spend about 50$ more on your graphics card. And for that matter I would recommend a Radeon HD7770 or GTX 650 :) (PS: I recommend that because you might get into more gpu intensive games and I think it would be a great idea just to have that little bit more gpu power.)

Get the knucker keyboard, its the best one under $50 and I have both cherry mx blu and black keyboards, and a knucker, and the knuckee feels almost the same as the mx black. The giganyte isnt bad, but for a $30 keyboard, they knucker is much better imo

He said he is streaming, that cpu cant handle streaming at all, streaming is cpu dependant, not gpu in any way, except the quality of the picture

Crimson has a good option too.

Make sure to get a 630, 8320(not recommended), or 8350 for streaming, amd beats intel for streaming.

If you dont care about maxing the game, the 7850, 7770, 7790, 650ti, 660 are all good, I would not get anything lower for gpu. 

Streaming is cpu dependant

Thank you both. Crimson i like that setup there that will definitly be what i go with plus farcry 3 for free why not. Cant wait to get back to pc gaming it's been so long..
