First Arch Linux Installation

i successfully installed arch linux (also GNOME as the desktop environment) on a virtual machine, now i want to install it on my main disk, any tips or suggestions before i do it ?

Have a secondary device on hand that you can use to read the Arch wiki if you need it.

Be patient with the installation and do it right the first time.

I've tried 8x to install Arch on my system, and failed miserably Lol !!! Kind of funny now though looking back

Make sure your hardware is supported by the Linux kernel. I've heard Arch runs with mostly the latest kernels, so you don't have much to worry about. But better be safe than sorry. Test all your hardware before you do the install.

Wlan cards. Touch pad. Speakers.

Check the instalation guide on linux helpdesk
