Firefox - how to turn off f**n shortcut

This problem is small but drives me nuts! I often missclick ALT+R (ALT+E which is near brings speciall polish character) shortcut which brings this “better visibility” mode or something like that. But most of the time it happens when im writing something (like forum post) and when i accidently hit this combo then after coming back textarea is empty. RRRREALLY ANNOYING!

I havent seen anything about shortcuts in options tab. And two plugins i tried didnt have what i want.

What about ui.key.menuAccessKey in about:config?

Not ui.key.menuAccessKey but reader.parse-on-load. I changed it to disabled and voila, after restart reader mode stopped annoy me.
