Find the bottleneck framerate

i'm gaming on 1080p, and i'm looking for a better framerate included are my specs. i would like to know whats keeping me having from a better frame rate?

  • -Grafisch: ATI-Radeon R9-270-2Gb DDR5 DVi-HDMi

  • -Geheugen: Micron 1600Mhz 8Gb-DDR3

We need more info. What frame rate at what games? Are they Cpu bound games being held back by your sucky 4300, or Gpu bound games that are too much for your R9 270?

i tested it with titanfall multiplayer( i think titanfall is a gpu bound game) it ran at a steady 40 fps, it was 720p and my ping was 42 ms, my aa was at the time 8x MSAA 

it turnd my aa down to 4x MSAA and it helped a lot it ran a 60 fps

That's really not that low for Titanfall with that card. If anything it's your slow cpu.
