After about two or three months of arguing with myself about what parts to buy I am finally coming close to a decision. This build is mainly for gaming but also for a small amount of photo editing. I have a lose budget around $800 but I went a little over so I could get high quality parts and the "pretty colors".
I am just about ready to buy the parts but I want to get a final opinion as this is my first build.

-Have a Nice day
Its a 8320 but still a good deal.
Thanks I was not aware of the R4 sale, I will definitely take advantage of that. Have a nice day as well.
Looks pretty good overall.
I found some cheaper RAM. I use the same sticks with my i5-3570k and they are great.
Also, having more VRAM won't really help with gaming, unless you plan to go above 1920x1080.
Cheaped out a little bit on the PSU, but Rosewill Hives are still pretty good quality.
I had to change some other parts around to get the GTX 770 in there. Also, the windowed version is cheaper.
