First of all: Lucky Bastard

Second, look goods, nothing is overkill, maybe the PSU but if you can afford it, why not?

If you want you can up the ram to 16Gb, but 8Gb will be fine for gaming, maybe a higher frequecy ram? 1866, 2133?

Do you like using speakers? If you want to go all out, buy a decent sound card, like Asus Xonar range, they have from entry level to high-end sound card, couple that up with a deccent headphone (Audio-technika AD700, best gaming headset IMO, around $100). That might be quite a big investment but you will really like the quality its bring to your gameplay.

Again, Lucky Bastard.

Well I 'd take Noctua NH-D14 or phanteks ph-tc14pe on that budget, also you should take 2Tb HDD it will only cost you 15-20$ more. And at the end, CM Storm trooper or stryker is something you should definitely consider for the case.
