After months of research I came up with this.

A bit over budget, but I need the extra wattage in case I add more memory or do a 2-3 way CrossFire in the future.

 

Anywhere I can find what I need for cheaper? Would waiting for the holiday season help?

You could honestly just buy a 7950 and overclock it to get close to the same performance as a 7970. You could even get two 7950s for $400. Also, a good 750w PSU could handle two 7950s or 7970s with overclocking.

Edit: You are in Canada so forget the 2 7950s. Still, the PSU is overkill.
