I’d be interested to see how they manage so many lanes on a Epyc Rome chip for later use on Threadripper 3000. Someone needs to grind down the cheapest Epyc Rome chip for photos.
Don’t even need to be ground down. Just delidded.
Most of these pictures are simply taken in the Infrared spectrum from the top.
