Fedora KDE wakeup issues

I have an AMD 5800x, Asus ROG X570 Strix Mobo, and a Sapphire 6700xt GPU. Fedora KDE works for the most part. I’ve been running Fedora 36 to now 39 and have had issues on all instances of Fedora KDE.

The issue is that I put the computer to sleep and after several wake ups working completely fine, the screen is black and I can’t do anything unless I restart the computer. I’m thinking its the login screen daemon but I’m still fairly bad at remembering where and how to read log files that will help me with solving problems. I can’t do journalctl -f because the screen is black and haven’t been able to figure out what the problem is.

I hope someone can point me in the right direction of where to find the log files that will hopefully allow me to fix the problem with sleep as it is annoying but not the biggest problem in the world.

Thanks for any advice.
