Fedora 28 no audio

So,
I’m pretty new to Fedora.
I got a Medion E3216 (Medion is like a german best buy brand) - its a 2 in 1 convertable.
It’s got an Intel Pentium N4200/HD Graphics 505 with a 13,3" FHD Touchscreen.
Ubuntu 16.04.4 LTS was on of the few distros which managed to boot - However 17.04/17.10 just gave me a solid underscore after the UEFI screen. With that sad I could Update Ubuntu 16.04.4 to 17.10 with no issues execpt the same usebility issues. But I really wanted to try Fedora (furthermore Ubuntu had trouble with the mousepad which wasnt working at all and the touchscreen experience was not great allthough the speaker did work as you would expect) , but it had the same underscore issue trying to get in the LiveCD - I tried fedora r27/r26/r25. At last I tried the r28 beta and I worked - very well, big thanks to the dudes at fedora. So my only issues are the speakers(which dont work at all. The 3,5mm audio jack also does not work. I tried a USB C Headset and it works just fine.) and the left mousepad click does not work so is it possilbe emulate the left click with for example keybindings?

So if the fedora powerusers could help me it would be very much appreciated.

Can you run the following

fpaste --sysinfo

lspci | fpaste

And provide the links for both?

So I did an update (dnf) which fixes the speaker problem most of the time. But sometimes the speakers drop out - somethimes after sleep and rarely after removing USB devices.
