When I read this I just shook my head. The commissioner is Ajit Pai, who was an Associate Counselor for Verizon Communications, Inc. No I don't trust what this guy has to say. It's so factually wrong and sad. Netflix was willing to give these cache devices to the isps for free and even pay the power bill. That doesn't give them an advantage. No does it create a fast lane for their own content. And they wouldn't charge the isps for using the device. I'm so frustrated by this.
