Favorite tea?

Makes me wonder what favorite tea they have in Boston.

One of the oldest companies in the world, makes pretty decent everyday tea.

I like Taiwan Oolong tea brewed with gong fu cha method and loose black tea from Nepal. Nepal tea tastes roughly the same as darjeeling but are alot cheaper. Right now is first flush time.

Summer is coming, then I would like to drink some cold fruits tea, with many kinds of fruit inside, I like it.

I do like redbush tea too, but I'd say it's an accuired taste. Some like it, some don't.

Authentic Japanese White Tea, even better then coffee

You're referring to pu'er tea. It can be even older or younger than that.

If you have the time and want to truly enjoy your tea, you use loose leaves. You also want to monitor the temperature of the water. Not all tea is made with boiling water. Green tea for instance requires cooler water, so you have to let it sit for a minute after boiling. It can be as laborious as you're willing to make it.

If you're British.

This doesn't make sense to me, since tea is a diuretic.

I think that is if you drink too much tea. You have to be careful when drinking tea like coffee. Or sugary drinks for that matter. Also alcohol which is just another sugary drink.
