Favorite Scotch?

This question is for all of you.Do you have a favorite Scotch, and why?

If specifically Scotch, then Jonnie Walker The Explorers' Club, the Spice Road purely because it tastes wicked.
But if any sort of whiskey, then Canadian Club. Why? It's a half decent drink that doesn't cost a kidney when out clubbing and tastes wicked with dry.

I like peaty Islay scotchs' like Lagavulin, Ardbeg, Laphroaig and Kilchoman. I prefer a well sherried smokier taste, although I am not a single malt snob and also like blended scotch like Dewars and Chiavs, although I usually have a rusty nail with blended - 50/50 Drambuie and Blended.

Best one i've tried so far. But at around 240€ a bottle, it's not something for everyday.

As an "everyday" malt, I prefer a bottle of Edradour - 10y is a great and readily available malt. Very sirupy mouth feel with a lot of taste.
Old Pulteney 12, Glenfiddich 12, Aberlour 10 (43%), Bowmore 12, Bunnahabhain 12, Bruichladdich 10, Laphroaig 10, Caol Ila 12, Glenmorangie 10 and 12 (sherry and port wood), Glendronach 12, Ancnoc 12, Talisker 10 - All that want to get into (scotch) whisky should try these.

No,

because every scotch is a bit special on its own, and it deservers to be explored!

And with a brief look at my bar shelf, I think I am some kind of a "malt head", but not a malt snob ...
But scotch is such a overarching(?) word and I would not compare a Canadian Club with any Single Malt. It's like asking for ones favorite car.

to call some names (in the 30 to 40 € single malt range):
Laphroaig! (select/quatercask/10yo) - ohhhh the lovely smokyness
Tomation Leagacy & Aberlour 10 - imho both very light, sweet and easy on your tounge
Talisker (Ten/Storm) - peatsmoke and a nice chilly catch

and all that @Red_Lightning said :D
