What's your favorite form of existing (or plausible) propulsion for spacecraft? I'm partial to nuclear pulse propulsion, but I'd like to hear your thoughts on reaching the stars.
This isn't so much a fuel but an initial way for getting something in space.

I've never even heard of this... this is awesome! This is a bit OT, but reading that article made me think of a James Bond plot wherein a consortium of businessmen from equatorial regions conspire to monopolize space launches.
