This is the first song of their's I listened to and I have been hooked ever since. Its sung in Russian but they normally sing in Ukrainian which is a beautiful language to listen to.

This is from the film "Rejection" if you like watching films in fouren languages its worth a watch.

SunSay

A Ukrainian fusion-funk-reggae group. Yeah I know another Ukrainian band.  Good music to listen to when you want to mellow out.

I've started off with a bit of a mixture. Let me know what kinda sounds you like and I'll see what I can do.  All I ask is dont judge a hyperlink by its genre have a look and try something different.

I'd have to say One Ok Rock they speak mostly japanese and blend in some english lyrics

Finntroll (folk), Alcest (post-black), Kvelertak (hard rock), Turmion Kätilöt (industrial), Agrypnie (post-black) & Rammstein (industrial)

Like the variations.  How did you guys come about finding the bands you posted?

One of my buds posted it while we were roleplaying and it was an amazing time

Well, the Bondage Fairies are great, but despite not being technically English or American, they still sing in English, most of the time.

I mostly find bands by roaming on Spotify from related artist to another or just reading articles on music sites. Also sharing with friends, those few who listen to metal.

Dir En Grey from Japan are pretty darned awesome. I recommend them a lot and have had very few be disappointed with them.

Guano Apes and Lacuna Coil. Cristina Scabbia is the best.

Kvelertak. They are a Norwegian band that is a mix of black metal, hardcore punk, and rock.

***exclamation marks so you can hear me... because it's so loud over here of coarse.

I mostly listen english, but his is something foreign that will always pop up in my head.  From Eurovision 2009, the best Eurovision I had seen.

I'd have to say Ólafur Arnaldshe's actually probably my favorite composer/songwriter that's still alive today. If you can tell by his name, he's Icelandic. I'm actually kind of cheating here, Ólafur himself doesn't sing on his albums/EP's but usually another guest artist does. Such as in his song 'Old Skin' on his new record "For Now I Am Winter which features Arnór Dan. I'll link some songs of his below this: Czech him out!
