hi and sorry for the huge delay, anyway i found out the solution a while back and wanted to share it with you guys if anyone is witnessing the same problem.
i contacted MSI through emails and turned out it was a faulty UEFI version that i was using, well exactly the ME version was wrong and when i tried to flash the bios before the problem appeared, i only updated the uefi and not the uefi AND the ME version.
so the msi guy told me to flash the moterboad by updatin the UEFI and the ME before clearing the CMOS.
it's been 2 months now and my pc is running fine.
so for the record, always make sure to properly flash your motherboard bios.
Hi legacy_eric. I know this is about 5 years later, but i have the exact same problem. At the 12v rail it sais 8.184v. You said you updated your UEFI version, but did it fix the voltage problem?
