Fan Splitter

I'm gonna be building a mitx build using the asus p8z77i deluxe and I wanted to use the nzxt kraken x60 with 4 fans in a push pull config and I was wondering if you guys knew whether the Evercool model EC-DF001 (sorry can't get my nexus 7 to paste the link for some reason) would allow me to connect the four fans to the one cpu fan header. I'm not sure if I'm right but using the cables the fans would be getting the power from the Psu and not the header so it shouldn't cause any problems right? Thanks in advance for any help I can get.

Power will not be the problem seeing as the source will be your PSU.

just draw from your 12v rail

As long as you power the Fans directly from the PSU (molex) you should be good, but Mobo Fan headers are only rated for 1A of power, so if all your fans draw more than that (probably will) you either have to use the PSU or solder a cable that fits the PSU molex connector making a custom cable for power, then you could have the Tach and possibly PWM cable soldered to the mobo connector (the fan clip)
