I'm wondering what the best fan controller software out there is. My fan's are always extremely loud, and my temps aren't bad either.
If its a custom built computer, your motherboard might come with a fan control utility. There is also speedfan, its free but there is a chance that it won't work with you motherboard but you can try
I just checked, and I can't seem to find anything for my motherboard (Gigabyte GA-970A-D3). I also can't figure out how to work speedfan.
The fan control is included inside easytune 6, you should be able to download it from Gigabyte's site
