I'm not sure if this is the right place to post this but is has anyone else heard about The Bible Reloaded's new issues with the Christiano Film Group? They made a video on it:
Haha! They already have nearly 60000,- bucks. Nice.
I really don't like what google is cencoring through crappy companies, one could say that google has nothing to do with it and that these bad companies are just abusing a system. But google does have the power to change this and it hasn't happened.
There really needs to be some other video service that can compete with these guys, sure we have Vimeo and some other media places but they aren't even close. (sort of AMD vs Intel on the CPU market as of now).
What if there was a place opened by these Youtubers whom worked together with their assets and created a place where DMCA's and what not actually wasn't a complete joke? I would swap fast if that ever happened.
Good to see that Philip Defranco covered this story, he did the same for Ethan on H3H3 Productions. There's a lot of people using videos to gain popularity by roasting others right now but it's nice to see that when this sort of shit happens people can stay unite.
Also hoping Fupa /w Ryan Morrison can hopp in and help these guys.
Chipped in a $100 yesterday. Fully support free speech and criticism of all media. Those Christiano Brothers are a couple of whinny bitches who can't handle criticism of their garbage attempt at a movie. Hope more of these DMCS abusers get sued. I seem to remember that Cool Cat douchebag also went on a DMCA rampage after nearly everyone shit on his horrible movie.
Oh yeah I remember that, that's what basically enlightened this whole issue. A good thing in a way. A donation to this sort of DMCAs is a support to freedome of speech.
