When I try starting a new game or a loading a game it crashs the desktop and says falloutnv has stoped working. If anybody can help. thank you very much.

64 bit PC
AMD Radeon HD 7660D
AMD A10-5700 APU
I had that as-well, first I re-installed my graphics drivers and then second I uninstalled all mods and the game and then re-installed the game, made sure it runs, then started installing some of the mods again, Hope one of these help
some guy on steam had the same problem. it turned out he had the latest beta drivers; he installed the latest "stable" drivers and then it worked.
