Fallout 4 $loginError_BNET_SERVER_ERROR and Mods not Activating

1.) I am receiving this error every time i try to login for the mods menu in Fallout 4: $loginError_BNET_SERVER_ERROR

Anyone else have this issue, and is it fixable?

2.) When I was able to login, all the mods that I installed outside of Bethesda.net are always disabled and require me to manually turn them on in the mods menu in Fallout 4

How can I start the game with those mods always activated so I don't have to manually turn on all 99+ mods (requiring to do so is very undesirable).

NVM, i found a solution, went to %appdata%, local, edited the plugins.txt, and added * next to every unoffical plugin
