So I've been playing fallout 4 since it launched off and on modding along the way most textures etc. but seeing they disabled achievements when modding I used the script extender to give it back. Well this weekend I've seems I've run into a bit of a problem. It seems fallout 4 now for whatever reason is disabling my mods on startup and ignoring them. At least the ones that use the script extender are no longer working place anywhere no longer works as well as snapable fences I was hoping someone could explain to me how to get them to work or why fallout 4 is disabling them. When I open the nexus mod manager and go through my mods they are checked like they are active but when I to the mod section as if I were to install a new mod some of them instead of having the green check mark like normal and some of them have the red cancel sign indicating they have been disabled. When I go into the load order while Fallout 4 is running some of my mods aren't there mostly the ones that use F4SE.

My only option is to always start fallout via NMM.

try reinstalling the fo4 skse 0.2.7 and tell it to overwrite everything. that's probably your problem. also you using nexus mod manager? got the new version? how about the new loot?
