my 2tb wd passport 0820 has very very slow transfer speeds using a usb 3.0 cable and usb 3.0 port on my pc. have tried front panel and motherboard ports. both give very slow speeds. transferring zip files containing 6 or so files of 4 gigs or less. any reason why i am getting this issue? i get speeds of about 20 - 30mb a second by the way.
mb or MB? If its mb that is REALLY slow.
Try updateing your usb 3.0 drivers
so ive updated the usb 3.0 drivers and a few other things. transfer rate is 80 - 90 MB/s now big improvement. thanks @Dje4321
