Exchange Online Email Forwarding Based on Time

Not sure if this belongs here or not.

But I would like to know if there is a way to forward emails based on time frame.

A little context: We use Zendesk Pro for our internal helpdesk and apparently only the enterprise plan supports more than one schedule. Our need is that whatever helpdesk tickets come through between 6am to 9am need to forward from me to my boss.

Unfortunately in the exchange online rules, you can set up for mail to forward based on date AND time, not just time alone.

Does anyone know a solution for this? BTW, I’m crap at powershell scripting.
