Excell Math percentage help

Okay, it's been a few years since I've had to use Excell and I'm terrible at math :(

 

my boss wants to know the total percentage for 2013 of our interplant and warehouse shipments.

 

The total number of shipments for those are: 4,297

 

The number of cuts are: 5311

 

What formula should I use to find this percentage of cuts against these shipments?

(n1/n2) * 100 = %

in this case 4297 is  80.9% of 5311. (Where n1 is 4297 and n2 is 5311)

In reverse the percentage would be 123.59%
