Im new to pc building ,2 days ago i build my 1 pc and id like to ask what is the best way to keep my pc at normal state not to overlock it too much here is my current settings any tips http://i60.tinypic.com/97sazb.png
What is the components used in your build e.g. your GPU( graphics card) and your CPU.
Also why would you want to keep your PC at normal state? It wont change unless you tweak it yourself.

Just press default and then apply if you want them to be standard, it should already be set to 0MHz GPU OFFSET
0MHz mem clock offset
I actually copied Logans settings for my gtx770 GPU CLOCK +50, MEM CLOCK +200 and that gave me the most performance for my overclock.
Once you do a little reading on GPU overclocking you might feel a little more comfortable trying it yourself, and the Precision X makes it very easy.
