EVGA or MSI?

Hello everyone! First off let me thank you for taking the time to read this, it's much appreciated.

 

So i'm about to buy all the parts that i need for a new pc, but there's one thing i'm not sure about... the Video Card.

I'm going with a Gtx 770 2GB, and i got 2 options.

 

The Msi 'Msi N770 Twin Frozr OC Edition' 

The Evga 'EVGA02G-P4-2774-KR'  

 

My power supply will be a 750W Corsair 80 PLUS Bronze. I will be also getting a Watercooling system, the Corsair H100 92.0 CFM Liquid.

Now all comes down to wich of these cards will be faster? Will the MSI oc version have a shorter lifetime than the EVGA non oc? And finally, i know it's gonna get hotter down there with the OC version, so should i get more 120mm and 140mm fans for the case?

I personally would go EVGA, they have fantastic warranty and customer support. Both cards have very high quality parts and will perform about the same. The OC edition will have a small factory overclock making it a tad bit faster out of the box, but you can overclock the card yourself with MSI afterburner if you would like.

Also 1 or 2 140 mm fans couldn't hurt.
