750ti is the higher performer. You should consider the R7 265, as that frequently beats the 750ti for equal money.

And if i cant find a R7 265 ? go with the 750 ti then ?

Entirely up to you. Personally, I would try and find an R7 265.

You can frequently find the Radeon R9 270 for about the same price as the Geforce GTX 750Ti, so it might be something to consider if you were already planning on spending around $170 for a new card (check Ebay, you can sometimes find them as cheap as $110)

As a hint, since it isn't readily obvious: the Radeon R9 270 and the R9 270X feature the exact same die, with the same core availability, bus width, etc. The only difference is the TDP allocation and the card's BIOS limitations. You should still expect to be able to exceed the clock rate of most reference Radeon R9 270X with any decent Radeon R9 270. The Radeon R9 270 is based on the die used in the Radeon HD 7870, while the Radeon R7 265 is based on the Radeon HD 7850. There is a moderate difference in the number of GCN modules included on the die

yeah the 270 and 270X are both the same cards yes, both have 1280 stream processors, only the 270X is higher clocked. (ghz edition) These cards are equal to the 7870 and 7870ghz.

a 270 or 7870, will be significantly better then a GTX750Ti
