So myself and a friend discovered how good evga rma policy is. My friend returned a motherboard and got a better one in exchange. I returned a gtx 580 and got a gtx 960 in return. How great is that?

In all seriousness though, EVGA really has some of the best customer support I've seen. They treat all items with the same respect and priority. I had an issue with a 980, and they took care of it very well. I had a 500w bronze psu, and they took care of that as well. Just all around great folks over there.
