Unfortunately because I'm in Australia I can't sign the petition, but this will definitely affect everybody once this goes through. When the precedent becomes set, other countries will follow.
This move should be seen as a crime, to stifle our internet freedom and prevent start-up companies from competing with big companies like Google and Netflix, etc.
