Have anyone here use “this” chipset/cpu and tested memory modules that don’t come same brands. 3200 memory had been nice.

Problem is that sometimes it’s hard can be very expensive in Europe. And a lot och stuff can’t even be found…
So I I’m dream hard it might be true! lol
Background: it does all kinds of stuff.
Streaming to most likely 3-4 at the same time the old intel have a hard time transcoding 4k/other/x264.
Hp elite desktop 800g1 24gb ram i5-4550
So time to shut up!
What memory have others tested that’s nog from the big know companies.
3200 had been nice but the price is higher. In reality I don’t think i will need more then 128gb more is better
So 4-8 sticks.
Non branded just go for minimum and try to get branded sticks but with lower speed
If look in the real world does parts is really overkill 2^ if it’s not very expensive it can fun to play around.
Edit: for not so long ago Wendell used some memory that wasn’t supported.
I look at the place I can use in Sweden where I don’t need too pay extra taxes multiple of times
I ordered RAM from ebay, which failed to ship, twice So I got some from a Dutch shop: https://maxict.nl
I got 2 sticks of Samsung M393A4K40EB3-CWE (32GB RDIMM ECC RAM) Do note the CPU I bought (Naples) does not support 3200Mhz memory, you’d need a 2nd gen EPYC CPU (Rome) for that.
