Enough Power? New Build Worry

So I've recently spent £2000 on a new rig, including two nice monitors and I currently have the worry over the PSU that I have ordered and whether or not it we provide enough power for my system. The thread that I made about my build can be found here....

https://teksyndicate.com/forum/build-pc/%C2%A32000-build-live-stream/185615

The thread provided some useful feedback, and even some reassurance over the PSU but I since changed a few of the parts (That were updated in that thread) and now I'm looking for a little guidance.

The main change I made was the Graphics Card which Gigabyte suggests 550W

The PSU that I have ordered is...

Which I'm no longer sure will cut it... So, am I worrying over nothing? (PSU Calculator seems to be down)

Thanks for the help forum!

You have more than enough power.  You could even add a 2nd 970 and be fine.

You should be good; that's enough.

I have two 760s that are overclocked with a 750w PSU and it's still enough

I see, Thank you!

I'm pretty new to building and this will be my first build from scratch...

If 550W is suggested for one then how would and 750W PSU handle two?

Thanks a lot for the feedback!

That's reassuring!

When they recommend 550w they mean 550 watts for the entire system, not one card. The reference 970 only pulls 145w. 2 cards would require 290watts and a PSU that can deliver at least 700w.

Oh that's very confusing considering they wouldn't have a clue what I had in my system other then that card but at least I now know how they think and it clears up a lot of questions, cheers. =]
