English pm to ban encription

I thought you might be interested to know, as there is many a rant about government spying on your youtube channel,  that the uk prime minister plans to ban all apps that do not contain a backdoor for the government if he wins the next election. Crazy stuff.

i wish i can encription on my devices.

Im more worries about labour winning and basically implementing the same thing.

Don't mind breaking the law to keep my own devices secure.

Not to mention that Greens are very much anti-mass-surveillance and pro freedom and have been against most of these pretty terrible surveillance laws, more so than the libdems, though I can understand the libdems position having to come to a balance with the coalition government (unfortunately).

Were lucky we can vote for other parties, now if only people would actually go out and do that!

I'm think the election can turn out in a few ways. Either Labour will win majority, we'll end up with a Tory-UKIP coalition (the end of any liberalism/socialism in UK politics), or Labour will be forced into a coalition with another party (preferably Greens or Lib Dems).

Tories and New Labour are both shit and UKIP will fuck up this country's culture and economy. It's time for change. It's just a shame that the general public are so uninformed about each party.

How did that porn ban go by the way?

He wont have a change at it, he does that, we go under ground, simple as, more reason for people to get of Windows and move to Linux and VPNs or some other encryption method

also to add:

BlackBerry line of devices incorporates high level security built into the OS, and not an added after thought; BlackBerry has achieved FIPS 140-2 certification, making them the defacto device for the markets that require this certification.

anyway my to cents, and if anyone has questions send me a msg

or get BlackBerry Server, or get a BlackBerry device; their is a reason why the NSA, DISA, DoD use BlackBerry...

BES12 does support all the devices, but if u still want the highest security, BB for the win...

Also BlackBerry doe offer bes5 express for free for BBOS device... FYI BBOS devices compress and encrypt all data ( except for txt or MMS, but thats cause it doesnt toch the BB relay ), other then that all data is compressed and encrypted using AES, or triple DES ....
