Hey there,
I recently saw the new version of the iCEnhancer 3.0 for GTA IV and was blown away at how good the graphics looked, being me I went and bought GTA IV for Steam to try it out. However all I really got was a high contrast, low FPS mess on my screen that looked nothing like the trailer I saw.
Would anyone have any feedback as to how I can make my GTA look as good as that trailer. Would lowering my GTA version help for FPS and compatibility and are the texture packs on his website part of his trailer as I didn't install those as WinRAR and 7-zip couldn't open the files.
