Well, I was able to enable SAM while using the Zen 2 Threadripper 3990x… All I needed to do was enable a few settings in the Bios under the advanced settings enable the above 4g memory then enable or auto the re-size BAR support then install a SOFTWARE mod! there is a video I found online but I wanted to let others know that it worked! once I remember how to upload pictures here I will show some screenshots on my specs.
