Alright, last night I posted 2 of the builds I was thinking about saving up for but then I encountered an issue. My gaming PC's CPU hit 80C (temp) and my framerates on everything dropped. I am not sure what's wrong exactly but I checked all the fans, thermalpaste, etc. The CPU is at 45C right now so it just got really hot last night and shut down that one time. As of now I am still getting horrible frame rates on it and I really have no clue what to do. I get my paycheck friday so I thought I could just build a new PC now and it will be somewhat budget conscious. Here it is:
PCPartPicker part list: http://pcpartpicker.com/p/1cBlT
CPU: AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor ($109.99 @ Newegg)
Motherboard: MSI 970A-G46 ATX AM3+ Motherboard ($78.56 @ Amazon)
Memory: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory ($69.74 @ Amazon)
Storage: Seagate Barracuda 1TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive ($67.97 @ Outlet PC)
Case: Corsair 500R White ATX Mid Tower Case ($69.99 @ Newegg)
Total: $396.25
I already have a GTX 650 graphics card and a 550w 80+ PSU and Windows 8 on my USB stick. If you guys think I should change parts (motherboard, ram, storage) then be my guest. The main thing that concerns me is the MoBo, as it is fairly cheap but it does have decent reviews. I have up to $450 for these parts. You can see my current build on my profile page.
