I was wondering if 'packard bell viseo 233dbd' would work as a dual monitor (obviously I would have two of them). If so how would I go about doing this?

I don't see why not.  I have a LG 1920x1080 panel along with an older 1024 secondary panel.  Windows has screen resolution settings.
