ESO beta is coming out and I was wondering if there will be a teksyndicate guild. Or maybe someone already is planning or leading a guild who wouldnt mind adding me. I'll be focusing on PVE myself.

I'd definitely be up for it. I'll be getting the game once it comes out. I've signed up for the beta; I'm just hoping they let me participate in it. I told them I'd be doing a review of the final game on Tek Syndicate once it comes out, since I'm not supposed to write about the actual beta due to the non-disclosure agreement.
