Looking at the specs of that Mobo, it doesn't look like it supports that fast of ram.

Corsair H50 is a pretty crappy cooler for the money, better off looking at a NZXT Havik 140 for similar money, and it will perform a fair bit better. If you want watercooling, anything under the H80 isnt very good for the cost compared to air.
