EDIT: Resolved - Help with 2 computer 10gigabit KVM Switch

EDIT: See my reply. The KVM was repaired by Wendell. Thank you!

Hey Everyone!

I’ve recently setup the Level1 KVM for 2 computers, 10gigabit USB model. My issue is that my mouse will “slow down” in that every few minutes the DPI setting feels like it gets turned way down, but then will speed up after a few seconds.

Here is my current setup:
Windows 11 Pro, build 21H2, AMD Ryzen 7 5800X, 32GB of RAM
Monitors:
VG32AQL1A (32 Inch Asus TUF/144Hz monitor)
VG278 (Asus 27 inch 144Hz monitor)
Keyboard: Logitech G513
Mouse: Logitech G903 using the Powerplay Wireless pad (which also wirelessly charges).

Logitech Ghub correctly detects everything and the mouse DPI is not being switched by the GHub software. I have also tried using the onboard mouse profile and am experiencing the same thing. It almost feels like there’s some “cycle” going on that limits the polling on the specific USB line. It is plugged into one of the 3 “console” lines on the back of the KVM.

Am I missing anything obvious? I don’t have much experience with KVMs so I’m not sure what to look out for.

Thanks in advance!

In case anyone ever sees this, it looks like the hardware was the problem. Big thanks to Wendell for helping me trouleshoot and ultimately repairing the KVM.
