For some of us followers of The Tekk, I'm sure are a little older then some. For those of you who like myself, are over the age of 30, have had the pleasure of playing games on such 'consoles' as Atari, Nintendo Entertainment System (NES), and everything there after, you may just get a kick out of this list of some of the hardest video games ever made that I happen to come across. Although you don't have to be 30+ to enjoy the list, as to be honest, half of the games on it are more recent. I just happen to have owned and played most of the older titles.

The list didn't appear to be in any specific order, though I would have to agree, the first one was the hardest game I ever played. Sadly, I never did beat it, but I did include a video of someone doing it below. Enjoy!!!

Keep in mind, I don't know who made the list. This was more of a nostalgic article for me and I hope it is for you. Leave a comment on what the toughest game was for you and if you beat it or not

My god! I tried so hard to beat Battle Toads in one run! It's almost impossible without savestates! Or maybe it's just me being 30 and not wanting to admit that I've gotten old. Although, now - this topic makes me feel old!!!

those old sega/nintendo games were so hard ive probably beat no more than 10 of them in my life.

Megaman 1 when i was a kid i could beat all the othr ones but 1 for some reason. Now i can walk throuigh those games eforatelessly
