Real time recommendations that are actually associated with buying trends. Example: If someone buys video games, comic books, and dungeons and dragons figures 11 months out of the year but buys a dress, some earrings, and high heels one day out of one month of the year, don’t blow up their recommendations on women’s clothing or jewelry.

Offer search through recommendations, history, etc. That is a big deal and you would be surprised how many lack this.

Facilitate multiple avenues of retrieval. Pick-up in store (if you’re facilitating retailers), Amazon drop boxes, etc.

Easy to view invoice/purchase history.
